The Massachusetts Biotech Employee Turnover Survey is conducted annually online in April and May. The survey asked questions concerning job openings, hires and employee separations over the last year, regarding the perceived pace of employee separations/turnover, and about distribution of workforce working in office/remotely. One hundred and three companies participated in the survey. Turnover trend is tracked for the last four years.
