This is the fifteenth annual LHS Benefits Massachusetts Biotechnology Employee Benefits Survey. One hundred and fifty-six companies participated in the 2025 survey. The Employee Benefits Survey has maintained a consistent methodology for the duration of its existence.
This survey of employee benefits was conducted online in May of 2025. Most of the survey concerned the participants’ current medical, dental, life, disability, retirement savings and paid time off plans. The survey primarily focuses on benefits, costs, employee contributions, and company employee benefits policies and practices.
